These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88tf ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88tf website available at https://88tf.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionalities offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of 88tf, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 88tf platform, including players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and any other location from which the platform is accessed. The existence of these Terms does not constitute a representation that using 88tf is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on 88tf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or any applicable local law, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently excluded from 88tf or any affiliated platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where 88tf has restricted access.
• You must be the holder of the payment method used to fund your account — third-party deposits are not permitted.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on 88tf. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or other credentials — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all funds being voided.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point 88tf reasonably requests, you must complete identity verification by providing one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 88tf's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal rights. 88tf is not liable for delays in withdrawals resulting from incomplete or unverifiable KYC documentation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88tf will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Your use of the 88tf platform is subject to the following general terms:

• The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit the platform in any way.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security feature, access restriction, geo-block, or technical measure implemented by 88tf.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the 88tf platform.
• You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
• 88tf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or section of the platform at any time without prior notice, with or without cause.

Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms or platform configuration.

6.1 Deposits

You may fund your 88tf account using payment methods listed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned by and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Payment references on this page — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as commonly recognised payment services in Pakistan for informational context only. Their mention does not imply any formal partnership, endorsement of gambling, or guaranteed compatibility with 88tf's cashier. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• 88tf reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review or compliance checks.
• Funds originating from incomplete or fraudulent deposits may be voided at any time.

6.3 Currency

Player accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88tf makes no representation that PKR pricing is legally sanctioned by any Pakistani regulatory body for online gambling transactions. All currency amounts displayed are for convenience and subject to system exchange rate settings at the time of transaction.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 88tf platform:

• A bet is deemed accepted only once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the platform. Pending bets not confirmed are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds used to settle your wager, subject to in-play fluctuation rules disclosed per market.
• 88tf reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle markets where a technical error, data feed error, or clear pricing mistake has occurred.
• In-play wagers on cricket (including PSL and ICC tournament matches), football, UFC and other supported sports are subject to the specific in-play rules displayed for each market.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules for each market type will apply as described in the sport-specific rules available on the platform.
• The minimum and maximum wager limits for each market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type and player account status.
• 88tf reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable per event or per settlement period at its sole discretion.

88tf may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, referral rewards, birthday bonuses and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as "turnover requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the offer's terms.
• Offer Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer. Eligibility criteria may include account status, deposit history, geographic location and activity thresholds.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within a stated period from the date of credit. Unused or unmet bonuses that expire are forfeited without compensation.

All PKR figures stated in promotions (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 2,000 birthday reward) are illustrative examples unless confirmed in specific, time-limited promotional materials. They do not constitute guaranteed or unconditional entitlements.

88tf is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and is not a guaranteed or reliable source of income. You should only gamble with funds you can comfortably afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users and may be accessed through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases may require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permitted net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88tf reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited activity, and to void all associated funds and winnings:

• Opening, operating or participating in multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity, including money laundering
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or sporting events
• Match-fixing or any form of corrupt wagering
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Using automated tools, bots, AI, or third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or systematically extracting data from the platform
• Interfering with or attempting to compromise the integrity of any game, market, or event
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward support staff or other players

Where 88tf has a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, it may freeze funds pending investigation without prior notice. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated funds may be permanently voided and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

All content on the 88tf platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game logic, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 88tf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform without prior written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on platform content
• Use the 88tf brand name, logo or trademarks in any context without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror the platform on any third-party website

Any unauthorised use of 88tf's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of platform access and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88tf and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 88tf shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling on the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, profit or business opportunity
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where due to your negligence
• Any reliance placed on odds, information, or content published on the platform

Where limitation of liability is not permitted by law, 88tf's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your 88tf account at the time of the claim.

13.1 Termination by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting 88tf support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and fraud clearance.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by 88tf: 88tf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is identified
• Required KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account closure
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other users

13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all pending bonus credits and associated wagering requirements are immediately voided. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimate will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures. 88tf is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88tf holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time.

Users accessing 88tf from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their use of the platform. 88tf does not represent that use of the platform is lawful under Pakistani law and expressly disclaims responsibility for any legal consequence arising from a user's access to the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a user and 88tf that cannot be resolved through the standard support process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified in 88tf's licence terms. You agree to submit to that process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

88tf reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or by publishing a revised "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 88tf platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure through the support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes that may affect your rights or obligations as a user of the platform.
